Your custom signature

Step 1: Type what you’d like to say

Step 2: Copy this link to your clipboard

Unfortunately you need to copy and paste this link from a desktop browser. Mobile browsers are not able to do it.

Step 3: Paste the link into your email signature

  • Office 365
  • Outlook
  • Google Inbox


Step 1: Log in to your Office 365 account.

Step 2: Click on the three lines icon in the top left hand corner.


Step 3: Find the "Mail" link towards the bottom of the page


Step 4: In the left hand menu, find the link called "Email signature"


Step 5: Paste your link into the text box



Step 1: Switch on Outlook.

Step 2: Click on "New email" in the top left hand corner


Step 3: Click on "Insert" and then on "Signature", then "Signatures"


Step 4: Paste your signature into the text box.



Step 1: Log in to your Office365 account.

Step 2: Click on the gear icon in the top right hand corner. (See image)   

Step 3: Scroll down to the settings link. (See image)   

Step 4: Click on the “Signature” option.

Step 5: Switch your signature to “On”. (See image)   

Step 6: Click on the “Signature” option.

Step 7: Paste the link in below the line and press done.
